Together with her husband Ryan, General Contractor, they created Carpe Diem Property Solutions and have been buying, renting, rehabbing, and micro flipping homes successfully for several years now, and admittedly, fix and flips are their favorite! Not only do they invest domestically, but they have expanded their investments internationally as well. On top of that, Jenny is also a professional real estate agent.

Eudania Burrell is a New York native, mother, sister, Gigi, and a trailblazer in real estate investing celebrating 25 years of recovery and counting! She has worked for the Department of Homeland Security for 20 years where she's inspired and touched thousands of lives.

Just a few months later she put her first three houses under contract and closed not long after. She realized this was something she loved and hasn't stopped since! Real Estate investing has allowed her to pay off debt, revive her business of helping homeless mothers and children, and supplement her parents' income.

Stephanie is an accomplished real estate professional bringing over 8 years of experience in the industry to her students. Stephanie's passion for real estate began early in her career when she started flipping homes with her mother, under their business LAS Construction.

With a keen understanding of the real estate industry, Stephanie launched a wholesaling company, Range Property Group, in 2021. Since then, she has successfully grown two offices in Denver and Southwest Florida, achieving remarkable results within the first full year of business. In 2022, Stephanie and her team closed 55 wholesale deals in the two markets combined, a testament to her expertise and dedication.

In addition to her work in wholesaling, Stephanie also owns short-term and long-term rentals in both Upstate New York and Southwest Florida. Her experience and success in both flipping and wholesaling have made her an expert in identifying and capitalizing on profitable investment opportunities.
